Society Members and Public Guests:
The Pro Shop will take calls each day to book times up to one week in advance. (Phone Monday to book for the next Monday).

Annual Dues Paying Members:
The Pro Shop will take phone calls when they open each day to book times up to 9 days in advance.

For Example:

To book a time for Monday April 26, 2010 you may phone Saturday April 17th.

The following are examples of what 9 days in advance will mean.

Phone Saturday for Monday

Sunday for Tuesday, Monday for Wednesday, Tuesday for Thursday, Wednesday for Friday, Thursday for Saturday and Sunday after the ballot draw has been completed.

Prime Time Booking for Dues Paying Members:

1. The Booking request is completed by the designated Member of the Group.
2. Booking requests can be filled out at the Pro Shop on paper or by filling out the form in the Member’s Section of the website. (Password Required)
3. The Weekend Draw Slips must be completed or received by Wednesday at 8pm for the next Weekend. (10 days into the future)
4. Men’s Night Draw Slips must be completed or received by Sunday at 8pm for the next Wednesday. (10 days into the future)
5. A minimum of three names are required on the booking slip or e-mail for Wednesdays. Threesomes will be filled at the discretion of the Pro Shop.
6. A minimum of two names are required on the booking slip or e-mail for Weekends. Twosomes will be filled at the discretion of the Pro Shop.
7. Please indicate the desired time and whether any power carts are required as well.
8. Indicating a preference of earlier or later on the Booking Slip will assist the Pro Shop in allocating times when your selected time has already been filled.
