Booking Privileges

Society Members without Dues Privileges:
The Pro Shop will take calls each day to book times up to 24 hours in advance.

Members of the Public:
Members of the public will have one day booking privileges but can book for weekend play on Thursday at 12:00 noon for after 12:00pm on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Annual Dues Paying Members:
The Pro Shop will take phone calls after 7:00 a.m. each day to book times up to 48 hours in advance. Exception: You can call Friday for Monday tee times.

Prime Time Booking For Dues Paying Members

1. The Booking Slip is completed by the designated Member of the Group, at the Pro Shop or by filling out the form in the Member’s Section. (Password Required)
2. The Weekend Draw Slips must be completed or received by the preceding Wednesday 8pm.
3. Men’s Night Draw Slips must be completed or received by the preceding Sunday 8pm.
4. A minimum of three names are required on the booking slips or e-mail.  Please indicate the time and whether any power carts are required as well.
5. Groups should not always request the same times each week.
6. Indicating a preference of earlier or later on the Booking Slip will assist the Pro Shop in allocating times when your selected time is already drawn and given to another group.

NOTE: All restricted periods are limited to Prime Time Privileges and Out of Town Guests only. Members may ballot with in town guests and these ballots will be placed at the end of the draw.
