Dress Code
In an effort to improve the image of our Club and to be consistent with a majority of golf clubs in BC, the Golf Committee and Board of Directors have adopted the following dress code for the Club:
All players are expected to dress in a manner which will enhance the image of the Club. The following clothing will not be acceptable on the golf course:
- Sweats/jogging pants
- Athletic shorts/cut off jeans
- Muscle shirts
- Tank/Halter tops
- Shorts with less than a 4 inch inseam

* Shirts must be worn at all times.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your co-operation and for helping Laurie Pierce and his staff administer this policy.
Pace Of Play Policy
Statement
The purpose of a pace of play policy is to ensure that all members and guests can enjoy a round of golf in a relaxed and acceptable time of no more than 4 hours and 10 minutes.
Policy
- The allotted time of play are as follows:
- Regular and Tournament Play
- 18 holes: 4 hours and 10 minutes
- Front 9 holes only: 2 hours and 5 minutes
- Men’s Night
18 holes: 4 hours and 30 minutes
Front 9 holes only: 2 hours and 15 minutes
- The first player in each group is responsible for the timecard. They must punch in at the start of their round, punch out at its completion & submit the card to the Pro Shop (all players are listed on the card). If a card is not submitted, it will be treated as an infraction of the policy & all members of the group will be subject to the disciplines as outlined below.
- If a group takes longer than the allotted time as stated above, the groups following them will not be subject to discipline as long as their completion time matches (or betters) the offending group’s time.
Example 1
Group 1 takes 4 hours and 30 minutes - they are subject to discipline
Group 2 takes 4 hours and 30 minutes - they are not subject to discipline
Note: 4 hours and 30 minutes becomes the new pace of play benchmark
Example 2
Group 1 takes 4 hours and 30 minutes - they are subject to discipline
Group 2 takes 4 hours and 35 minutes - they are also subject to discipline

- All previous discipline will be eliminated at the start of each year.
